HGH is like most other supplements as it is only one part of body upkeep and
maintenance.  Where is stimulates cells to regenerate.  If the cells don’t
have the materials to use in regenerating how can they do it?

Common sense is the key… At first people will see or feel change, usually
gradually, and then they say it tapers off.  Well, after rebuilding a house
you get used to its appearance and it looses its attention and things become
normal.  That doesn’t mean that the house isn’t protecting you any longer.

For years I have had a regiment of Vitamins E & C.  At first my blood
pressure dropped, my weight stopped fluctuating, I stopped having 2 to 3
colds & flu each year.  By now I’ve lost the excitement and high feeling
about taking them.  But, the blood pressure, weight, colds & flu are still
under control.

My body is still changing with age though.  A scratch takes longer to heal,
short term memory loss is more noticeable, etc..  So I start adding things
like Gingko, Sage Tea, and changes to my diet.  They help some… But, upon
taking the Eden GH1 the effects of my supplements have increased.

It’s gradual, but by watching and listening to my body I can tell the
difference.  I look at the Eden GH1 as a switch that tells my body to use
the good things that I am giving it.

Oh yes, I have seen and heard about the WONDERFUL / GREAT things HGH has
done for some people, but I don’t have cancer, stroke, or any of those big
things.  I am looking to NOT have them.  But, then if I never get them, how
can I say that something got rid of it.  I’ll just be happy to be around.

Has anyone had their gallbladder removed and had symptoms of irritable
bowel syndrome (without actually having it). Having this nightmare done
is a great idea if you like to hang around the house almost all of the
time (since travel is close to impossible without a portable restroom).
If anyone knows of any solution to this I would really appreciate it if
you would let me know! Thanks,

be 65 in a few months. Has anyone compared the benefits of the major

Frequently-Asked Questions about the Pilates Class Action Litigation

1.  What’s a Class Action?  A Class Action is a lawsuit where a lot of
people who have similar legal interests are brought together in order to
have their rights vindicated en masse.  The class in this Class Action is
what is called an "opt-out" class.  That means you are automatically
included in the class unless you opt-out by sending a notice to the lawyer
for the Class Action Plaintiffs.  In this case, the lawyer is Gordon Troy.

2. What happens if I opt-out?  Sean Gallagher has stated that if he wins his
case the first thing he will do is go after everyone who is infringing his
trademark and who opted out of the class.  Since all the members of the
class will be subject to the court’s ruling, Gallagher won’t have to sue
those people.  But he can and says he will sue everyone who has opted out.
Remember that if you want to opt-out, you must notify Gordon Troy by letter
or postcard post-marked no later than June 3, 1999, as stated in the Class
Notice.

3.  What is my liability if I remain part of the class?   Pilates, Inc. and
Sean Gallagher (the class action defendants) have not asserted any damage
claims against the class action members. There is no requirement for you pay
any fees or costs whatsoever to the attorneys who represent the class.
These fees are being paid by Balanced Body, Inc. (formerly Current Concepts
Corp.) and through voluntary donations to the class action litigation fund.
(Yes, we do urge everyone to make a voluntary contribution to the legal
fund!)

4.  At what stage is the litigation? We are nearing the end of discovery and
have a discovery cut- off date of August 1, 1999.  Following that date, the
attorneys will spend approximately 45 days preparing for trial and then the
case will be placed on the court’s "ready" list for trial.

5.  When will the case go to trial?  That’s more difficult to say.  The
Judge has not set a trial date, so the answer really depends upon her
calendar.  We anticipate the Judge will order trial anytime between October
1999 and February 2000.  We will update this information as it becomes
available.

6.  Aren’t there some other lawsuits going on?   There is another Pilates
case going to trial in the in Los Angeles on July 13, 1999.  In that case,
Mr. Gallagher and his partners in the Pilates Studio of LA are suing each
other.  Among the issues are Gallagher’s possible theft of corporate
opportunities and breach of his fiduciary duties, as well as the continued
use by the Pilates Studio of LA of the Pilates exercise and studio marks.
Also pending is a case brought by Pilates, Inc. against Georgetown Body
Works in Washington, D.C.. No trial date has been set.

7.  If I am a Certified Pilates Instructor from Gallagher’s Pilates Studio,
what should I do? This is a question that you must answer with your own
conscience and business goals. If you find that you receive good value for
the money you pay to be licensed, then you should continue on that course.
If you do not feel the fees are justified or that you are not obtaining good
value for your money, then you may feel free to join the class.

Pilates, Inc. claims to have 400 certified instructors, but based on the
most recent lists made available to the Class in discovery, the number is
around 200.   The Class does not believe that Mr. Gallagher is the only
source of Pilates exercise instruction services and among the members of the
Class are many teachers and studios that run their own teacher certification
programs.  The Class believes that there are approximately 5,000 people in
the United States training people in Pilates and teaching Pilates teachers,
and that Pilates, Inc.’s claims to being the "only" source is completely
fallacious.   For the reasons set forth in the complaint, and the mountain
of factual information that we have been able to amass through discovery, we
are confident that the court will ultimately rule in our favor and declare
the trademarks invalid.
