I was recently approved to get Permenet disabilty and have been taken
care of by the countys medicaly indigent services program which now says
I must apply for medi-cal. My disabilty payments are only $1149 per
month which will just barley cover all living expences and I’m worried
that I will have to pay a monthly premium for medi-cal which I can’t
afford.
Can anyone tell me if there is a monthly premium to pay for medi-cal or
is it 100% free except for prescription and Doctor visit co-payments. If
