Hey, has anyone tried using the Orbitrek Elliptical exerciser? I was
thinking about buying one. Can someone tell me what they think of it?
Thanks,
Dave

I have a 74 year-old friend who has been taking a Pilates program for
the past month and a half. She has had terrible mobility problems
(spine, hips, etc.) for years, so hopes that Pilates can help restore
mobility.
After her exercise sessions, she feels a great deal of pain, and she
wonders if she (and her trainer) are going about it the right way. The
trainer has not dealt with senior citizens before, and there are no
other seniors undergoing Pilates that my friend can talk to to make
sure she’s on the right path.
Is she supposed to hurt so much after going through a routine? Is that
normal? Should she and the trainer be doing gentler exercises (the
ones she does are quite challenging).
Please, anyone with experience or knowledge about this, please write
back.
Thanks,
John
Here is the link to a Canadian Pharmacy that I ordered from. I saved
almost 50% off my medication compared to buying in the US. I highly
recommend them.
